Customer Testimonials

The ease of getting to and from the airport, driver and attendant helpfulness

Excellent service. I was picked up very quickly from the airport and delivered to my car.

Your price was reasonable, so I decided to try y'all out.

After hating the airport pickup from hotels, I have used the airport parking for several years, but wanted to explore my options.

Your reservation process was simple.

When I parked my car, the van was already there to meet me.

When I returned, the driver meet me at the airport quickly, was courteous, and graciously unloaded my luggage.

The exit process was totally painless and pleasant.

You folks rock!!!!

Close to airport. Ample parking

Todo, es un excelente servicio

Short wait times and very polite/ helpful staff

On time pick up from terminal and helpful driver moving your luggage in and out of shuttle..

Car was ready when I arrived in the parking lot..

Easy to park and super fast to pick us up.

I like that it's very smooth, even less hassle in many cases than parking in the MIA short-term parking garage given Park 'N Fly picks up at my exit door and my parking garage spot could be 20 doors down. I like being able to text my location and have my car ready to rock when I get to the lot sometimes 10 minutes later. The best!

Fast friendly

Convenient and jimmy the driver sp friendly. The only thing I have to recommend is to have our free days reflect b.n on your computer screen. Attendant could not see it

Convenient, easy, fast, curteous

Easy, fast and attentive staff

The shuttle drivers were both friendly and very helpful. And a shuttle waiting when we got to airport pick up space. Nice and prompt. Warm van.
The check out lady was helpful and patient with a first time user.

Next time we might even park under cover.

very professional driving

Fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Frequent shuttles, no waiting at terminal when you’re tired from your flight ready to be home. Free car wash was a bonus. Friendly drivers. Good prices.

Your company is very organized. Would definitely be a repeat customer!

Convenient & they are efficient

Prompt pick up and courteous drivers.

Easy to reserve, very friendly staff, and so close to airport. Also very affordable, I've been using this lot for a couple of years after making the mistake of parking at the airport. I will always recommend or use anytime I have to park for an extended time.

Prompt pickup from airport and car waiting when you arrive

Easy, good pricing, and always friendly.

As always, easy parking, shuttle to and from was ready and waiting.

Staff excellent. Great service. On line scheduling. Ease of system.

The Bus Drives are very helpful and friendly. I left my Cell-phone in my Car. When I realized it was missing was after I went through Customs. I had to go back through Customs, down a flight of Stairs, to the Information Desk where a Assistant let me use her Cell-phone to make a call over to Park 'n Fly. I gave them my Number that they assigned to my Car. They retrieved the Phone, gave to the next Bus Driver heading to the Airport, where I was waiting for it.
Great job people.
I was able to continue on my Vacation with my Cell-phone which I would have been lose without it.
On my way home, I was greeted with a very pleasant Bus Drive by the name of Richard. He was very easy to take to and at the end of the Drive back to where my car was parked, he put all of my Luggage from the Bus right into the rear of my Car.
Great Job people, it was a pleasure to do business with you and your Firm.

Our driver last night was so polite and helpful after arriving quite late at night. Wish I had remembered his name

Super easy process, very reasonable rate, very friendly/courteous staff, reassuring to know car is housed in a clean, covered and secure location. This was our first experience…and it will not be our last. We very much look forward to using your services again. You’ve got a great operation going over there!!! Thank you.

Friendly drivers. They always load and unload your luggage. Lot is secured.

Prompt, couteous, and efficient . No waiting going or returning.
