Vans were prompt and drivers were courteous and helpful. But one thing I found worrisome: I used your valet service. When the van picked me up at the airport, the driver collected one half of my ticket. When the van dropped me (and several other people) at the lot, my car was waiting -- which was great -- but there was no one to collect the other half of my ticket. That means that since the keys were in the car, anyone could have driven away with my vehicle. I don't think that would be likely but it still could happen since the system that appears to be in place was not followed through to the end.

I just want to say the process is painless!! Everything went very smoothly! Me and my wife were running really late for our flight and we informed the shuttle driver of our dilemma. To say the least,he made sure to get us there and with only 2 minutes to spare,we were able to catch our flight ✈️.
