Prepaying on the app worked great. Maybe look at shading near the entry gate scanner. In bright midday sun the scanner had trouble reading my phone.

Always easy to schedule. Pick-up from the lot is always fast. Drivers are always courteous and helpful.
I did not give a 10 because we always have to wait to be picked up at the airport. Other services (like Parking Spot) will have 2 or 3 buses before even one Park'nFly shows up.
