Customer Testimonials

Pick up and drop off was a breeze with no waiting and dropped off right to our car on return which was appreciated coming from Mexico back to Cleveland.

Friendly and convenient

Convient

Friendly drivers and buses are nearly continuously available.

The ease of parking and getting help with luggage right at your car.

I get picked up from the lot fast and your drivers are very helpful and courteous.

For a long-term parking service, IMHO, Pank 'N Fly offers the customer EVERYTHING they need. I love the fact that my car is VALET PARKED and is WARMED UP and RUNNING when I return. The shuttle was RIGHT THERE when I left and waiting JUST OUTSIDE the terminal when I arrived. I didn't even have to call. It doesn't get any better than that!
This is my 5th time using ONLY this service which is, I feel, very affordable, and will continue to use it and recommend it to others in the future.
THANK YOU PARK 'N FLY!!!

Affordable, efficient and friendly service

AS ALWAYS, give your drivers cellphones with headsets. It is really annoying listening to their LOUD radios squaking away. Especially first thing in the morning.

Fast, affordable, and convenient

I really like being picked up and dropped off at car. Never gave to wait long for bus either

Great service! The bus picked me up as I was closing my trunk. And my return was equally as smooth and easy. Plus the drivers were kind and helpful with luggage.
