Customer Testimonials
Fast service snd very friendly and helpful drivers.
Very easy in and out. The Best. No hidden charges
Timeliness and professionalism
The price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, airport shuttle. I always park here when I travel.
Professionalism from team members. Promptness departure and arrival.
The shuttle service is normally prompt. For this trip I especially liked interacting with Jimmie. He took me to the airport and picked me back up on my return. He's nice and friendly, and I appreciated that he helped me with my luggage. Not all of the drivers help with your luggage, so Jimmie's efforts were much appreciated.
Convenient to Airport offsite

Location, rates and customer service
Friendly and efficient.
Great location easy in and out. The lady at the gate is always so nice and pleasant.
Convenience, proximity to airport, fast, reliable, friendly and helpful
Was convenient to get in and out and most importantly, I didn't have to wait for a driver on either leg of the trip.
Easy to get too, dependable transportation, friendly drivers. Easy and seamless drop off and pick up. Clean buses, no foul language or offensive music.
Prices could be better. I don’t care for the tag ons.
Everything is top notch
Expert customer service!
Service at Park N Fly is amazing. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and prices are unbeatable.
I love the convenience of the location. My car spends about as much time parked there as it does in my driveway. It's just sad that some of your male shuttle bus drivers, particularly the ones that I've encountered late evening or at night, are not helpful with assisting passengers with bags. On this most recent trip the female driver that took me to the airport assisted with bags on the departure leg. Upon arrival, the male driver sat in his seat and watched me lift 3 bags and a stroller along with a baby on the bus and did not offer any help at all.
Staff is prompt & courteous!
