I was in the bus right after I took my suitcase and backpack out of my car.

Prompt airport pickup
Friendly drivers

Easy to set up, car to airport delivery and extremely prompt pickup with return directly to the car. What's not to like about that! Thanks for the excellent service.

The shuttle service is always great! Picked up at our truck and dropped off at it!

Short trip to airport.

I like the how the shuttle picks you up right from from your car and helps you with the luggage. The shuttle is 24/7 which helps a lot for people flying after hours!

After reading online reviews, I was hesitant about which parking company to choose. I went with Park 'N Fly because it has the most stars and a better pricing, but I was afraid I would find trouble finding timely shuttles. At my departure, the sky was pouring but it took less than 30 seconds after parking that the shuttle was waiting for me at the back of my car. I thought I got lucky. Then at my arrival, after leaving the North Terminal, there were 2 Park N' Fly shuttles waiting outside. I don't know if I got lucky for a second time or if they normally provide that high quality service, but I'm very happy about my decision and experience.

I normally park at wally park but thought I would try this one this time. I was so pleased with the drivers both to and from airport, I did not have to wait even 5 minutes for a pick up. I will be using park and fly going forward, thank u

Fast and valet lots of vans

Very easy to book and pay online prior to dates needed. Shuttle service is excellent! Easy in and easy out.

Shuttles are usually pretty fast and rates are reasonable.

The shuttle service was prompt. I felt like my car was safe parked here

It’s good service and reasonably priced.

Confirmed reservation. When you pull up, the attendant tells you which row to head to and a shuttle is right there waiting-then the driver gives you a card to direct you to your car when you return.

Fast and reliable service

It was so easy to access both on drop off and pick up. The lighting was good, the rows and parking spots were well numbered and easy to see. I felt safe and I appreciated that there was an attendant on duty even if I used the QR code for scanning the entrance/exit.

Everything! Very efficient, user-friendly, accommodating airport service.

Patrick F,, a driver for your service, is special. I inadvertently signed up for self-parking instead of valet but Patrick was extremely resourceful in managing my predicament upon my return to Hartford. It was the end of a long travel day for me and he made life so much easier by calling the office en route to explain my dilemma. My car was waiting for me, warmed up and ready to go. Kelly in the desk was equally wonderful. Your customer service is exemplary. Kudos to your management.

Super quick pickup and sooo friendly! Thank you for all you do+
