What do you like about our services?

Frequent shuttles. Rarely have a wait. Courteous and safe. My only comment for improvement would be the exit system. Not sure why I am asked for a ticket upon leaving. And often times the scanner doesn't recognize my reservation QR code. But I've had no trouble getting in to park. The exit is rarely smooth.

What do you like about our services?

I am no longer having to wait for the bus when I arrive home or leave. I absolutely love the reservation system within the preferred parking- it allows me to get off the bus quickly, into my car, and on the road so much faster. The staff driving the buses have been amazing these days. So friendly and helpful.
