This was the first time I used your lot and I could not be happier. From the moment I pulled into the lot I was greeted by an attendant instructing me to where I should park. Once I was parked I was picked up by the shuttle from my car and dropped off at the airport. Once I returned from my trip I only had to wait 5 mins for the shuttle to pick me up and then take me to my parking spot. I will definitely be using your service again.

Super smooth experience. Booked online, easy to access through the gate by scanning my QR code, bus picked up immediately. Great customer service both ways from the same bus driver, Richard Abbott. He greeted my group with a smile, loaded & unloaded our bags, and had awesome energy. Will 100% book again.

Shuttles are frequent. Shuttle are prompt to pick up. Drivers are courtiois and personable.

No waiting for the shuttle to or from the airport. The shuttles are more frequent than any of the hotel shuttles we've used and the trip to and from the airport is very short.

Easy to get to, easy to park, nice drivers, nice busses, got a cold bottle of water upon check out.

The service is great although it takes too much time to get to the airport or back at times. I’ve learned to give myself an extra hour usually since the shuttle will drive around picking up passengers instead of going straight to the airport.

Very easy from start to finish. Drove in at 4 am and didn't have to go inside our reservation was on the list with the person waiting outside. Pick up was a breeze - texted the claim number so our car was ready, running and warm when we got back to the lot. Also the text message said exactly which door to exit to find the shuttle. Very easy and stress free!

Consistent

Easy to book on line although I do think the covered parking area should be made easier to find. We booked and paid for covered parking but got directed to the open parking area. Spent 20 minutes getting the snow off the car before we could leave. Didn't get refunded the difference.

Parking off airport saved me money by paying in advance. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

Bus was there right away. When I got to my car, it was covered with snow. The driver got out and helped me brush the snow away and clean off my car. Very considerate!!
