The shuttle picked us up right at our vehicle as he saw us drive in. I had to take about 5 steps out into the cold and then walk right into the heated shuttle. Super duper!

The service is consistently quick, professional, and very organized. The desk staff are always especially friendly and make the start of every vacation a very pleasant experience. The drivers go out of their way to accommodate as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. That's especially important at the end of every trip when we are tired and just looking forward to getting home.
