Customer Testimonials

Easy to park and great, friendly drivers. I felt like my cat was safe.

Park and fly was incredibly easy, and we would definitely recommend!

Great service…

Convenient, great rates and good service.

Friendly people
Easy to park and car waiting for you at arrival

Convenience & price.

Convenient and affordable!

Ease of making reservations and the efficiency of the shuttle service taking us to and from our vehicle are great. Required some help from customer service which was also exceptional.

The ease of transport to the airport and the staff that make it happen are why we always park at Park ‘N Fly.

Fast and efficient to the airport and from the airport

THANKS

Quick shuttle pick up day of departure and arrival.
Car was intact.

Picked up at our vehicle and dropped back there when we returned. We were flying out of one terminal and flying back in a different one so this worked well for us. It was a little difficult for us to find where to find the bus back to the Park N Fly on our way back since we didn't come into that terminal, but we eventually got there.

quick & easy!

only complaint is that sometimes I get a "welcome back" text with the prompt to "come get me" and sometimes I don't. can't figure out why not always. always book with the same account.

Price is right, service is prompt

It is always convenient and safe. The payment online service is perfect for people on the go like me. The staff is always nice!

Friendly and always have busses running

Parking was great. Service was great. Bus drivers were friendly and so nice!

Great service! attendant helped us with the luggage and was very friendly

Theo was AWESOME! He picked us up from our car upon arrival and also ended up being the one to pick us up when we arrived back home to the airport. He was prompt and very professional. Honestly will be the only way we do our transportation from now on when traveling. It was so convenient, and loved how on top of it they were. Theo literally just have had us on schedule and followed us to our parking space in the shuttle for pick up like we were VIP. Thank you!!

Park N Fly is so easy and convenient! I use it every time I fly.

online reservation and prepay options

Close to airport. Covered parking. Staff resolves issues quickly and patiently in that stressful time when travelers are 'rushing to get to the airport or hassled out and just trying to get out of airport area and get home'.

I feel safe using your services as I picked up and delivered back to my car and also appreciate the help with my luggage.

Everything was very fast and smooth, the car was ready at our return without any hassles

Easy, reliable, and fair pricing.

Efficient services, great customer service.

Location, close to airport

Loved Patrick F, he was great!

Prompt and friendly shuttle drivers. I like that my car was covered. I did not have to scrape ice and snow off my car and I felt like my car was safe inside park and fly garage.

Close to terminal; convenient; short wait for shuttles both ways; drivers are always very helpful and personable!
