For the holidays, it was nice to see a team member at the airport terminal greeting passengers. I dont know if she was scheduled to be there or she just decided to do so. In any case, it's good.

It’s so convenient and way cheaper than airport parking. I always use the Park ‘N Fly when I’m traveling. 9 out of 10 times there is a shuttle in the parking lot ready to pick me up. The speed of service is exception. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. I get to enjoy a stress free ride to the terminal. The app is so helpful from start to finish. I book on the app and use it to request a shuttle once I land. I alway recommend Park ‘N Fly to my friends and family.

Convenient, but the attendants when we arrived were very patient with me as I could find my screenshot, and the attendants when we were leaving were so helpful and personable!

I parked my car, was picked up by the shuttle in a timely fashion tipped the driver and walked to my gate.
After my vacation I arrived in the airport was picked up by a shuttle. Saw my car close enough when the driver was dropping off some other people, tipped the driver and got in my car and drove off. Some confusion at the gate but it was quickly solved and an email was given to me just in case.
And I left.

The people!!! From the time we met to the time we left, they were the friendliest, kindest people!!!! Every business should have people like that working for them!!!

Most affordable and best customer service

My family of six traveled to Florida and used Park and Fly. We were very satisfied with the employees, both leaving Chicago and returning 4 days later . The booth employees were patient and assisted entering and exited. The van driver was punctual and friendly as well. I will continue to use Park and Fly.
