Customer Testimonials

quick, efficient, pleasant service

The pickup and drop off is usually quick.

I was totally impressed last night on the organization and effort you were able to accomplish in order to store so many cars.

Congratulations

The shuttle drivers are always very nice and helpful.

Prompt and courteous service

Loved that the shuttle took you right to your car. Also, we didn't have to wait for the shuttle in either direction!

Great location for Oakland airport. Good prices and easy to make reservations. Lot seems very secure and there are actual people on site to help with any questions. Located very close to 880 for freeway access.

So easy!

Quick and friendly drivers. Only complaint is that the parking stalls are really small

Excellent service!

Ease of getting in and out. Also like the frequency of shuttles.

Proximity to the airport and prices are reasonable for the location/city. Becoming a member helps too.

Love the discount coupons you offer and the ease of parking and getting car at end of trip. Have been using Park n Fly (formerly Executive) for many years. Staff is always very helpful and considerate.

All drivers we have encountered are amazing.

Quick pickup at both ends, friendly, helpful drivers, and great gate attendants coming and going!

Convenient

Drivers were super friendly! Our cars were warming up for us when we got back to garage!

Reasonable price. Usually have quick pickup at airport.

Personal service from the drivers picking up at the parking spots and helping with the luggage is the reason I park with you. The attendants in the booth up entry & exit could be better. They used to be helpful...but, now that we need to scan our own forms, they aren't as friendly or helpful.

Bus is always right there when we park and within minutes of arrival at baggage pick-up. Drivers are curious and helpful. We will use again!

Easy reservations, easy pickup and drop off both at site and airport.
Drivers are excellent!

Friendly shuttle drivers. Easy to book.

It provides all services needed!!

The d rivers were very helpful and friendly. They were quick to pick us up.

Convenient, clean and prompt. Valet parking is nice, no luggage to really deal with

The drivers were friendly, professional, and very courteous / hard working on both our departure and arrival days. Many thanks to them.
Overall this was a smooth, reliable experience.
Would do again.

On time and friendly.

Park n fly is super convenient and my new preffered parking for MSP. I fly out of MSP atleast once a month. I used to park at the Hilton MSP or Embassy suites right next to park n fly. But I have had problems with them being on time, too full, or just not showing. Park n fly shuttles are clean, spacious, reliable and timely. Picking you up right from your car and dropping you off right back at it. Plus there are always multiple shuttles you can track on the app. The peace of mind and convenience is worth the extra money. The cold bottles of water as you leave are a nice touch. Will be returning every month the next few months! 10/10

Easy to get to and from the airport.

Great service! Busses available at all times.

Prompt pick up to and from airport/vehicle. Price is great! Convenient.
