Very friendly. I was exhausted after a long, late flight and got on board the wrong shuttle. The people at Park n Fly were very understanding and helpful. Courtesy is such a rare quality nowadays, particularly in business transactions when you have an issue including ones you the customer are responsible for.

I like the access to the airport. I paid for parking on line but was not able to use that payment because coud not scan QR code to gain access. I now need to process a refund to my card. Paid at the facility twice for the same parking dates.

Customer service was amazing, especially for 3 in the morning. They pick you up right at your car right after you park. The men driving the bus are helpful in getting the luggage on the bus.

Lot is close to exit/on ramps to highway. The shuttle drivers mark your spot making car retrieval an easy process.

Quick shuttle n friendly

This was the first time I had used Park ‘N Fly and was very impressed. The shuttle bus met us at the airport promptly and our car had been started and was warm on a 13 degree day. I will definitely use their facility again.

It was very convenient to park, get to the airport, and return to our car. Our drivers were very nice as well. We had made a reservation prior to arrival for covered parking and we may have gotten the last spot. Not sure what would have happened if it had been full. Finally, exiting was a little confusing. If the driver had informed us we would need our reservation barcode to exit it would have made our exit easier. But overall it was a great experience and fairly priced.

It was really convenient, this was my first time using a parking service so I didn’t know what to expect. The covered parking was nice and all of the shuttle drivers were extremely nice and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and quickly assisted with jumping my dead car battery!

A bit expensive but felt safer than other parking lots. Cashier working on 12/26 was so nice!

Andre and another gentleman worked 3:00am Christmas morning. The one gentlemen worked the gate, I did not get his name and Andre was my pick up shuttle driver, couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful to me.
