I usually have really good t with this company but when I landed in Dallas on Jan 1 and got back to my car to exit park and fly. They could not find my payment where u pre paid. It was late and very frustrating that I could get in the parking lot with my QR code but could not leave . Finally after several minutes the lady let me go.

Other than the very long pickup time (waited over 40 minutes for a pickup after the first time I called had been lost and never recorded, I had to call 3 times) everything else was great!

I like the easy process from reserving online to the convenience of having the shuttle to and back from the airport. I have never have to wait long for the shuttle to arrive and the drivers are always courteous and very helpful.

Park and Fly were very quick to help me with a misunderstanding on my part. They reached out to me to offer to assist with my issue. They did all this when there was no error or wrong doing on their part. I am extremely pleased with the customer service they provided, they went above and beyond.
