Easy to get to and easy pick up. I also had difficulty getting back due to a certain airline cancelling all flights and had to drive home from San Antonio. Everyone was super helpful, on the phone and when I got there, with the extra days that I had to park.

Wow I was truly impressed with the service! I have used several long-term parking services at the Miami airport (mostly hotels), but this has so far been the best. It was easy to park, the shuttle was prompt, and best of all a very little wait at pick-up at the airport on the way back. Marcelo (driver) was exceptional. He was so helpful with my luggage and car seats, extremely polite and courteous, and as I was traveling alone with two toddlers, his helpfulness made the whole experience not only easy but actually enjoyable. I would book this service again in a heart-beat. Thank you!

Having stated that, one of your drivers was subjected to a very angry & unreasonable customer on the night we came back, and he handled himself very well. He was courteous to both that individual and the customers already on board and ready to get to their/our cars. Just thought you should know.

I splurged on your indoor valet parking, and I’m so glad I did! I have mobility issues and was worried about how I was going to wrangle my suitcase and my big rolling walker on the shuttle and at the airport. The Park-n-Fly employees made it easy. Because I has an assistive device (the walker), the driver was able to drop me right at the airport entrance instead of the farther-away shuttle area. He went in, got me a wheelchair, and could not have been more helpful. The same was true on the return trip, when the driver was able to pick me up outside Baggage Claim and take me right to my car, and then help get my belongings loaded in the car. All of this made it possibly for me to travel independently for the first time in several years.

I have always had good experiences using your services . However, on 12/29/2022 I did not.
I called the number provided when I was ready and was told to send a text . Not everyone has that ability. I figured it out and got on the shuttle. In the rush I misplaced my ticket The driver was very impatient and finally said " Oh, NEVER MIND". As a paying customer, I think that I deserve better treatment. She may have been having a bad day, but frankly so was I.
