Quick pick up at your lot right after we parked. Upon our return to Atl, there was a Park n Fly shuttle on the curbside. No wait and both drivers to and from the airport were courteous and kind! I will use Park n Fly again!

The attendant at the exit was also extremely courteous and kind!

Everyone was very nice

It was my first time here and I was excited to use the self covered parking since it was cold and snowy at the time I requested to park. When I arrived, I was told it was all full and I would be issued a partial refund at a later time. The driver wasn't too friendly and did not help me with my luggage; therefore, he received no tip.

When I returned, I only had to wait 2 minutes for a shuttle. This younger driver was outstanding! He took my claim ticket, helped me with my bag and did so for everyone else on the shuttle. He dropped me off first and told me to talk to the cashier, I think named Alice, to get a refund. Well she couldn't help instantly and said it would be 3-5 days for corporate to issue a refund.

Thankfully I got a partial refund today. I will use your parking in the future still but hope next time is a 10!

The parking area was easy to get to, the shuttle was very timely, clean and the driver was friendly. The cost was very reasonable.

Your MDW drivers are super nice. Always helpful taking luggage and putting it in the van and asking how my trip was. Love that they follow you to your parking space, especially in the winter in Chicago.
