The customer service is incredible. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I wish you had more vehicles picking up at the airport so customers don't have to wait so long, especially those really late flights. You do a great job when you first get to your parking lot, but the pick up at the airport needs to be quicker. Thank you!

As I always say: location, location, location! Park N' Fly Plus is close to the airport and easy to access from the downtown connector/I-85. Other positives include ample covered parking, a negotiated corporate discount through my employer; efficient shuttle service, and courteous drivers. My only negative: Hartsfield-Jackson has relocated the pick-up location for all off-airport shuttles to the lower level of the North terminal. Delta passengers have to cross the airport after claiming luggage to find the shuttles, and the area that has been assigned is very crowded -- shuttles from different companies are always jockeying for space to pull up. Obviously this is not a decision made by Park N' Fly Plus, but feel free to pass along this complaint to the appropriate airport officials.
The drivers are consistently friendly. And the service is mostly timely.... I usually don't have to spend too much time waiting which I appreciate
