Proximity to airport

I purposely fly from Miami to use Park ‘n Fly. I love the convenience of drop off and pick up. The driver is usually helpful and cheerful. I love how my car is ready when I get off the bus. This is a great operation. But this past time was the worst I have experienced. Drop off was excellent, it pick was horrible. I was at door 17 and texted my ticket number and door number upon arrival. I waited for 30 minutes only to have the driver indicate he was full. It happened again, so I began to walk and finally found a bus at door 10. I rushed to get on. There were only two seats left. The driver picked up 2 more and was approached by 4 more needing a ride who had waited for 1 hour and had 3 buses flag them that they were full. The driver called I for more bus support. When I finally reached PNF my car was not there. I was told to go stand in a line to get my keys. This process from PNF took nearly an hour. This is not normally my experience. I’m hoping for better service next time.

Quick to pick you up, both at your car when departing and at the terminal on arrival.

The first time ever your scanners worked meaning reading the bar codes I was very pleased to enter and exit without any waiting.

Made reservations for Park ‘n fly Dropped off car service agent was there to greet you ,the shuttle was right there to take you to airport, return from vacation shuttle was right At airport , When I arrive At Park ‘n fly my car was waiting for me.

Great service. I arrived 5 am, and an attendant was at the lift-gate to guide me checking in. Once inside, I was directed by two other attendants to an available space. The shuttle bus followed me to the space to pick me up to airport. The request for pickup was also smooth and amicable.

Easy to make reservations on line. Helpful van drivers. Refunds when undercover was paid for but not available.

Returned after a month to find a dead battery. The representative was super helpful and nice to help me get my car started well before AAA could have ever gotten there. It got me on my way after a long trip without a major headache. Thank you!!

Easy, inexpensive, attentive

The shuttle service is nice. Parking indoors seems like a joke. I paid for it and scanned through 2 gates but was told to park outside. In the end that’s what I did because the shuttle was right behind me & I felt silly telling him to meet me at the far away indoor location which honestly sorta creeped me out.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Loved the building for covered parking, drivers were fast and friendly. Would highly recommend.
