Location, convenience, and speed
The drivers were very friendly, picking me up and dropping me off right at my car. My first driver was Richard Abbott and he was great. Didn't get the name of my second driver, unfortunately. The lot was clean and well-organized. When my flight was canceled and I had to pick up my car early, I was issued a refund. It was a positive experience and I'll use Park 'N Fly again.
Pick up from my car as soon as I pulled in, no waiting. In and Out so fast. The shuttle service was efficient. Everyone has been super friendly. App is great too!

The shuttle drivers at the midway airport Location are fantastic - on time or waiting for you at the airport, help you with your bags, and are just overall nice people; one driver even helped me brush the snow off my car when I returned from a trip - I love parking here!

Park n Fly is so simple. We have never encountered an issue, it's our go to every time we fly!
We Like the entire process.... from making the on line reservation, driving there, ...having the PNF shuttle right there as we parked our car to drive us to the airport was extremely easy and fast. Upon arriving home, the blue PNF shuttle was outside the baggage door ready to take us back to our car. The timing couldn't have been better if we drove ourselves.
