Love the ease of checking in and love how my car is warm and ready for me when I get back! Love that I don't have to go inside when I return. Patrick was our shuttle driver on 1/12 and he was wonderful!! I tell all my family and friends to use your service!

What do you like about our services?

I have been using Park N Ride for over 10 years. You are my go to for every trip out of MIA. The ease of just not having to worry about parking is the main reason for using your services. For the most part the drivers don't make you wait too long upon arrival at MIA. Not to mention the prices can't be beat!

What do you like about our services?

The valet and shuttle staff are always super accommodating and friendly!! The front desk staff are 50-50, but they’re efficient at what they do. I’ve never had a bad experience.

What do you like about our services?

I park with them every time I travel. It is fast and reliable transportation to/from the airport for less than airport garages.

What do you like about our services?

It just seems to get better every time. Check-in was quick and someone was there to help with the luggage. Our return driver Rinh, on the 16th was great. very friendly and helpful. The new system for parking seems to work well. If I had any complaints (and this is a small one) I wish there was a sign at the airport for an area to stand for pick up. everyone just piles out and just jumps in front of everyone like a free for all. With an assigned spot there could be a line and at that point, pick-up would be first come first served.

What do you like about our services?

Check in could be a little easier. maybe a large sign advising a short list of things to hurry it along . PLATE NUMBER, KEYS IN CAR, RESERVATION NUMBER, DONT FORGET YOUR PHONE,....

What do you like about our services?

The website was somewhat poorly laid out as I paid for covered parking, but did not realize it was for the "Plus" parking. However, the service was prompt and the driver was friendly and efficient.

What do you like about our services?

The PnF SFO team does a good job of providing customer-centric service. I am a frequent traveler. There is one shuttle driver, in particular, who remembers me and greets me with great enthusiasm whenever I return from a business trip. It's a nice, genuine welcome home.
