Drivers are polite
Timely shuttle service at pick up/drop off, friendly drivers
Park ‘n Fly has been very good for me to use as a frequent flyer, however on my most recent visit, the lot was not cleared of snow and I had to use my 4-wheel drive to get in and out of a space.
Also, you should add a restroom.
Easy, nice service.
Very responsive. Always timely. Plenty of parking spots.
Fast service! Drivers and office staff are friendly and do an amazing job!
The bus was there to pick us up as soon as we parked. The driver helped us with our bags and kept up conversation until we arrived at the airport.
When we returned, the bus was there when we walked outside. The driver dropped us at our car and didn't leave until he knew our car started and we were safe. When we were leaving the lot the attendant handed my husband and I bottles of water.
We will definitely use Park 'n fly again!
