It is easy to make a reservation and when I arrive at lot, I know right where I need to go. The drop off and pick up location are great. The drivers are always ready to help with luggage.

I am a happy customer. This is my first time here, after the transition from Executive Valet.

When I arrived on January 12, 2023 I was greeted immediately. I did not feel rushed, getting out of my car. Since I was traveling to Orlando, I needed to leave my boots and coat in the trunk. He was pleasant on the ride to the airport. When we got there, he took my bags all the way to the kiosk. I don't know if it was because I was the only passenger, or not. But I'm glad he did.

On my return January 18, 2023 , I waited long for the bus, but it probably felt that way coming from 70 degree sunshine. Everyone on the bus was quiet. When Patrick F. asked for the tickets, he was upbeat, with a few ice breaker jokes. Patrick F. was a good driver. When he called in the ticket numbers, he was at a complete stop. We had great conversation and a few laughs with him. Back to Park 'N Fly, Patrick F. was careful with the luggage. After I took my luggage to my car, Patrick F. came over and loaded my bags in my trunk.

Your drivers are extremely pleasant and very helpful.

The booth attendant helped settle my bill when I explained that I could not get the machine to read the reservation barcode on my phone. She also explained how to get the barcode reader to work under certain weather conditions. That info should help for my next reservation.
