Rent ahead of time. Pull in park. The bus picks you up. And you get a return ride right to your car.

The whole process was very easy and efficient. Once I made the reservation I was provided with my instructions on how to enter the lot and get shuttled to the terminal. Our shuttle picked us up right after we parked and dropped us off directly at our terminal. The process for pick up was just as efficient. We contacted when we were ready for pick up and the shuttle picked us up directly from the baggage claim and dropped us off at the lot for us to get back to our vehicles and leave quickly and safely.

The price was great and our car felt very safe. However, when we arrived back to Oakland airport, I had no cash on me and our shuttle driver threw his hands up, because I didn’t give him a tip. That was a little upsetting, that a tip was expected. I always tip, but this time I had no cash on me upon my return.

When we parked, a shuttle was nearby. It was a quick trip to the airport and the driver handled our baggage like it was his own.
When we returned to Philly, we called the number that we were given and provided our location and the shuttle was there within 5-10 minutes. Again, the driver handled our baggage well.
As we were leaving the lot, I could not find my bar code to exit on my phone. The woman at the booth asked me for some information that I provided upon reserving the spot and she was able to buzz me through.
I was impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend and use Park N Fly again.

Organized, Professional, and Courteous

easy and convenient to the airport. only problem was the check out on the pre-pay that was some what of a pain because we didn't know which one of the two lines to get into. the people were very nice and helpful. the driver dropped us off right at our truck and helped us with our bags.
