Staff is friendly and helpful, but more importantly they are efficient and prompt. They understand that the customer is on a timeline for departures and for arrivals, they are tired and anxious to get home. Having your car waiting for you as you arrive back at Park 'N Fly is a nice way to finish the trip that was filled with service that was not up to your standards.
