We were picked up at car, driver helped load and unload baggage, Drop off closer to baggage claim area, so had a walk back to cross street to our airline.

The process is smooth and makes parking in Chicago less stressful.

My only constructive feedback would be is to upgrade your scanning system when entering or exiting as the sensors are sometimes difficult to pick up the scan.

Drivers have all been very professional and pick up times have been reasonable.
