Amber is beyond helpful and gracious
I am absolutely blown away by the service I received. From the drop off to the pickup. I
especially want to give a "high recommendation" for Bernard, the driver who got out of the van
and cleaned the snow off my car. He told me to turn on the engine and defrosters and let the
car warm-up. I can't believe I never thought of that but he did. But honestly, he was amazing.
I took photos of him cleaning off my car and would love to share them with you. Please let him
know I said good things about him. I live in Indianapolis. Bernard was amazing. No, I am not
related to him. I do not know him but I surely appreciated his kindness. He's a great

Security and shuttle service
The van was prompt and the workers were kind and polite.
Door to door service,
after dropping off the car,it was nice to have a ride to the motel were I stade over night for a 6am.flight.When I returned from the cruise, I just hit it right ,the bus 🚌 had pulled up.The driver called ahead to have the car waiting,and warmed up.Now that is a class act!!!!!! I'll be back for sure.

Very convenient. I am a retired airline employee and travel about 6 times a year and we always park at Park and Fly.
Shuttle driver on our return trip scrapped the ice off our windshield. He went above and beyond.
It was very efficient! Our shuttle bus was waiting by the gate when we arrived & the driver greeted us & instructed us to follow him to our area to park. He helped load our luggage as well as the others that rode the shuttle. Upon arrival at MSP he assisted in unloading luggage & instructed everyone that this is where they should meet the shuttle on return. Same professionalism with our driver on our return trip. Will use Park N Fly again in future as well as recommend this service to others. In fact, that’s how we learned of this! Thank-you!

Only down fall was that I register to park my car and selected to park myself. I upgraded to Valet and was not able to use my Triple A card. The company should award it. That was very disappointing.

Brenda was amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful. Came back from a week long travel and my car battery was dead. She happily grabbed a charger pack and we were on our way quickly. Really can't thank Brenda enough. I'll never consider other parking options at CLE!!
