Park N fly is such a great company. Not only are they super close to the airport but they are also quick, have lots of buses out at one time and i love their process at the ATL location. I love how they communicate with one another on their radios.

Your people are professional and very friendly. The facility is very clean and kept up feel very safe leaving my vehicle and finally right now your prices are very reasonable.
You provide a cheaper alternative to the Airport Parking at MSP Terminals 1 and 2. The drivers are always curteous and helpful. My biggest concern is the drop off and pick up location. It makes things challenging when travelling with skis or with golf clubs to transport them over a mile from the Transportation Center to Baggage Drop off.

The drivers were excellent, prompt, safe and courteous.
Valet customer service. I didn’t have to search for a parking space, I just drove right up to the entry way and got out my car and into the shuttle directly to my terminal.
App works great, but difficult to make reservations on web site. Also, would be nice to be able to change reservation (date/time), instead of cancelling and remaking reservation. That would be VERY helpful.
