Everyone was courteous and prompt. At checkout TC gave us some water, which was very thoughtful given it had been a long night and we still had an hour drive.

What do you like about our services?

I am impressed. The entry process was easy. The price was reasonable. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and the drivers were courteous. The exit process was seamless. One additional concern I had was the safety of our car. We own a Prius and we've heard from other owners that their catalytic converter was stolen while parked at an airport parking facility. I was happy to see our car was whole when we returned, a possible testament to your security procedures. It was the first time we've used Park N Fly but won't be the last.

What do you like about our services?

Very convenient!! The shuttle was readily available when we arrived in PNF. Driver was helpful loading our luggage. When we arrived at almost midnight, the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. The driver again helped us with our bags. The site is very close to the airport and in no time, we were dropped-off. I also liked their free car wash. We used it all the time. The price is just right as well! Thank you PNF!!

What do you like about our services?

The staff at this facility are amazing people. Very kind. Helped me out on a day of flying when flights were cancelled.
When I finally returned from my trip, the attendant at the gate gave me bottle of water, which was such a nice gesture.
I will park here every time I fly and would recommend this facility to anyone.
