Close to airport, easy access, nice drivers

Pick up was very quick

I like that parking there shuttle service is fast but for some reason when I show up shuttle service back I always have to wait, waited 10 min in the cold for shuttle back, I wish shuttles were available as fast as they are when you park in the parking lot, there always is a line of shuttles waiting to take you to the airport but that doesn't seem to be the case when you get to the airport.

Quick ride to airport. Kind people.

Park N Fly was very easy to park with. Book and pay online (it's also less expensive than at the gate) scan your QR code from your confirmation when you arrive and head to a spot as directed. The shuttle bus was right there to pick us up, did not have to wait at all. When we arrived back at the airport, headed out to 4F and the shuttle bus was already there, I'm sure that doesn't happen every time though, the driver dropped us off at our car, we headed to check out and scanned our QR code from our original confirmation and the friendly attendant even offered us bottled water for our drive home. We have not had this good of service from any other overnight parking facility in the area. Park N Fly will be our go to from now on. Thank you!

Very quick and nce service

Truly appreciate the frequency of shuttle runs. I never have to wait very long. You've got some G R E A T drivers. I love riding with ROBERT. He's A W E S O M E !!

Drivers were courteous and a great help with our heavy bags. Pick up time was very fast with no waiting in the rain.

Booking the reservation was very simple. The representative was friendly and efficient. When I arrived at 4:30 AM, Elena greeted me so warmly and the temperature was -20*. She gave me excellent directions about parking and wished me a good flight. The van driver was helpful when he picked me up. He got my suitcase and greeted me warmly. My return pick-up was smooth as could be. The van was just arriving as I got to the curb. The driver got my bags quickly and put them on the rack. He was a very pleasant young man. Makario checked me out because my reserved time had been extended. What a nice young man!

I wish I could name the drivers specifically, but I did not see their names.

The entire team represents Park "N Fly with excellence!

My one hesitation is that I think I was charged for one extra day that I did not need to pay for. I didn't realize it until I got home to review the receipt.

Online reservation and prepay. Easy digital entry and parking. Fast pickup to and from airport. Friendly helpful staff. Consistent service levels.

Always very prompt getting us to airport and pick up. Car being warm in winter is huge! Rinh is an excellent man on your team. Polite, energetic and always has a smile. He's been our driver past couple of trips.

Everything is great. Wait for buses is short. Alexis in Atalanta always helps me. Can't ask for anything more.
