Easy access to airport. Reliable. Efficient. Friendly staff.
Quick and fast service! So efficient!
Easy in and easy out.
We loved everything. You were very prompt and I love how our car was ready to go.
Thank you
Excellent service
Everything from the front gate employees to the drivers. Very helpful and very quick with picking you up on both ends and loading luggage. We have used the park and fly in Cleveland for the past couple years a few times a year and would never use any other parking in Cleveland but park and fly.
Great service good prices will use again
Consistently superior drivers. Always helpful with bags and providing reminder cards.
The service was very convenient. We used the valet service. We were met immediately when we arrived. The staff assisted us in unloading our car and then loaded all of our luggage onto the shuttle while I went inside to check in and met us at the door to bring us to the airport. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. Our driver on the return ride Richard was extremely pleasant and made the extra effort to make sure all of the passengers waiting were able to board the shuttle and not have to wait for another one to arrive.
Great service.
You do a consistant service with no surprises and you do not make a big deal about charging
the customer if he ends up another hour or so for what he has been billed for. Your people are generally courteous and helpful and thats the reason why when I fly out of Midway I always make reservations with Park and Fly both for business and personal.
Thank you for being very good at what you do. I have been in business for over 50 years and I know how challenging being good at what you do can be!
