What do you like about our services?

We use the self-park option at PHL and have found it to be very convenient each time. The shuttle driver sees us come into the lot and is at our parking spot almost before we have unloaded our luggage. The drivers are very kind to help re-load onto the shuttle and off again at the airport.
The last time we returned from traveling, we collected our bags, then I called for pick up at 8:48 pm and we were picked up, returned to our car and in our own car and on the freeway home by 9:12 pm. Even with two other couples in the van.
You cannot argue with THAT! This has generally been our experience after using PNF on 4 different occasions.
