I arrived back in Houston on 2-11, I had left my cpap machine on the bus and did not notice I didn’t have it until I was home and unpacking.
Thank you Jerry the driver of bus #336 for finding it and turning it in. I called that evening and was told it was turned in and I was able to pick it up.
Again thank you Jerry!!

What do you like about our services?

Very customer oriented with smooth service provided. My driver from the airport, Rinh, was so friendly and helpful. There was no wait time after calling from the baggage claim. My bags were loaded into the shuttle and actually offloaded from the shuttle to my vehicle which was waiting for me. Great service!

What do you like about our services?

It was lovely that the shuttle just stopped right at our car and dropped us off directly at the car upon our return, as it was super cold and it was really handy! Also had less than 5 minutes wait at the airport for the shuttle to arrive when we got back to Minneapolis. It was super easy! The only thing I was confused about was that we entered the airport from a different way so I got confused but once I figured out where I was it was excellent and would definitely recommend this again for the price!
