Customer Testimonials

It was nice and easy to drive in park and get dropped off at terminal 2

Convenient and has good value

I like the convenience and proximity to the airport. The shuttle is there to take you right away. Also, upon arrival there are always shuttles waiting at the terminals. Great service.

it was very easy to get to car and there was not a lot of time I had to wait.

the driver was very helpful in finding us a place to park

We were quickly picked up at the airport, our bags were loaded and unloaded, car was warmed up and ready to go… (valet)
Service delivered… what a nice concept!

Convenient and inexpensive

My husband and I had a 13 day trip planned so decided to use park and fly for their covered parking. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only glitch in the who experience is that when we dropped off my car the shuttle bus driver wrote the wrong space number on my ticket. When we arrived back in Minnesota (after a 14 hour flight from Tel Aviv) we just wanted to get in our car and go home and the driver delivered us to the spot 3-888 that was written on my ticket but my car was not there. The driver was extremely kind and said no worries, we will find your car. He delivered the other passengers to their cars (which we had no problem with) and then took us back to covered parking. The car was parked in space 3-8 not 3-888. So please tell your drivers how important it is to get the space number right on the tickets. Yes, I should have doubled checked my ticket I guess but with all the excitement of the trip it was really the last thing on my mind. Kudos to the young man who found our car and his patience with us!! Thank you.

Quick and easy

The shuttle drivers are efficient and polite. We love the fact that there is 24/7 access. Love the discount for booking and paying on line. Love having the bar code to scan at the gate to get in and out of the lot. Love that the shuttle driver gives us a card with our parking location.

They picked us up as soon as drove in! Not a long wait to be picked up from the airport either!

Easy to book. Quick pick up.

I was an Executive member for years for convenience and service. Experience the same now. I assume that my frequent membership has carried over.
