Customer Testimonials

Everyone was very friendly and the shuttle service was super quick and easy!

easy to use and less expensive than airport parking

Quick, efficient, easy access.

The entire process is very organized, from the initial parking instructions to the shuttle back to my vehicle after my trip.

We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I was concerned because of some of the bad reviews about people waiting a long time to get a shuttle from the airport but we used the app and were picked up in a timely manner. I paid extra for the valet parking and it was well worth it. As we got off the shuttle they were pulling around with my car. Great job! We will definitely use these services again

Very friendly and helpful!

Convenient, covered, and friendly people

You are close to the airport. The drivers have been professional and helpful.

quick pickup and dropoff.

Shuttle pick up from lot is fast.

We left our car running accidentally and Donald went above and beyond. He ran me all over to get a new battery and gas and stayed with us until we were safely on our way. He is the definition of customer service. Thanks Donald!!

Convenient
Do you plan to add EV charging stations?

Courteous drivers and frequent buses easy to get to flight

Drop off is super quick. Attendants are always greeting me as soon as I pull up. Nice lobby with restrooms. Friendly drivers. Don’t have to wait long for a pickup. Super cool that the app shows where the shuttle is. Our vehicle was warmed up and close to the stop. Driver Al even helped us put our luggage in our car! Best of all is that we don’t have to go back in the office when returning from our trip!!! In the winter is the last thing we need to do!!!

I love the fact that you pick me up at my car and drop me off at my car.

Historically, I have had fabulous service. This last week I did not. I realize it is busy, but the driver dropped off the parkers in the general lot and I spoke up and said I was parked in the ramp. He replied that he couldn't read the writing. I told him that was too bad and he should improve his hand-writing because he picked me up eight days earlier. My question is, has the process changed and you now drop off the general lot parkers before those who park in the ramp? If so, am disappointed.

Quick service. We got picked up at our vehicle and we're at the airport when we returned apsalotly perfect

Everything was very quick and efficient. Did not have to wait for the bus at all, was there immediately after I parked, and was waiting in the terminal after I arrived. 10/10 would use Park N Fly again. Thanks!
