Valet and car wash and oil change

Everything was smooth. The driver was waiting for us before we reached the pick up area.

Easy to pull up then be picked up right away.

Would like to be told on the return that we had to go to terminal 2 first before being brought back to our valet car. Not that 10 extra minutes is a killer though I fly back from vacationing on Monday mornings and go right to work. Not having the extra time scheduled put me a little behind.

The drivers are prompt and polite.

Excellent procedure, ie. online reservations, drop off and pick-up. Drivers and gate attendants are excellent.

Convenience to the airport.

They were so prompt. As I drove to a parking space they followed me and recorder where my car was in the lot, loaded my luggage and no waiting.
On our return the shuttle was there within moments. They knew exactly where I parked and this was so convenient!
The lot is very secure and I had no issues about leaving my car. I will definitely use them again. The least expense we found.

I appreciate the online registration system you use. I find it straight-forward to pick the arrival and departure dates and times. The scanning eye at the gate also works efficiently. The shuttle service to and from the airport is an additional feature that works very well.

I liked how easy it was to park at SFO, except that when I arrived at 4:30 am, someone had placed an orange cone in front of the entrance where you scan your code. I got out of my car to move the cone, then an attendant walked up and told me to drive to one of the parking areas, He did not appear to understand me when I told him the cone had been in my way to enter. The driver then met us quickly and took us to the airport.
When we returned, getting picked up to return to the parking lot took much longer than when we arrived. It was not terribly long but it was late and we were tired. Once we were picked up it went okay from there.

Suggestion:
It would be great to hear about the changes at the Hartford/BDL location. I arrived on 2/4 and things are clearly changing entrance and exit with new things being installed. My car was brought to a new place today, in the lanes we drop our cars off, that was odd as a car shortly arrived to drop off their car and they look confused. Some signage might help about upcoming changes.
