What do you like about our services?

Friendly service and speedy pickup. Only tiny complaint would be the pickup locations for each service at the airport aren’t clearly marked (or we just missed the signs). Other than that, service was great!

What do you like about our services?

Very fast & easy to use. Just make a reservation & drop off your vehicle. You are picked up at your vehicle & dropped off at the airport near the check in area. Upon returning from your trip - just exit at the bus shuttle area & go to area #5. Someone from Park ‘N Fly will pick you up & drop you at your vehicle. So easy!!

What do you like about our services?

I appreciate being able to reserve a parking place so that I know I have a spot. The pick-up at the ramp is usually very prompt and the drivers are helpful. Even though the covered ramp was full fir my last trip the MSP location accommodated me in a valet spot. Really appreciate the flexibility and customer service. Had to wait for pick up at the airport but it wasn't a lengthy wait.

What do you like about our services?

We have used Park N Fly for years because it’s close to our house but we had the friendliest driver ever this afternoon . His name was Rinh , he was so accommodating and helpful with our bags and was a very safe driver . He even welcomed everyone on board welcome back to CT which was so nice . I wish we could request him in the future .
