I like that shuttles are readily available and pick you up from right by your car. Drivers are friendly and work to get you to the right place at the right time. They wait long enough to load people but don’t wait around forever before taking you to the destination. A good balance

I have used Park 'N' Fly at IAH for several years. It is a wonderful place to park.
Our experience last week was OK. The person that picked us up at the lot was not very helpful. She was either new and did not know how to help or she just didn't want to. We almost left some bags on the bus because we are used to the driver helping use with the luggage.

On our return trip, the you man was wonderful - very nice and outgoing, and very helpful!

Both buses were very timely. We did not wait very long for the bus to pick up - either way.

We have used Park N' Fly at both SFO and OAK. The only reason I did not give a 10 as we had to wait for 3 shuttles before we could finally get on one. Maybe that's an indication of how popular Park N' Fly is. I think we would have felt better if the second bus driver had said that "the next bus is on it's way and it will only be 5 minutes" or something similar. Instead, he merely pointed to a sign on the bus that said "all passengers must be seated" and then took off.

I liked the online booking, the price is fair. The lot seemed secure. The spaces are tight however and I would also like covered parking to be offered. It seems it’s always “sold out” but I’m starting to think it’s simply not offered.

Had a little confusion about Park n fly vs. Park n fly Plus but once I looked at my ticket stub I finally got on the correct bus back to my car. Drivers on both legs of the trip were friendly and most helpful with the luggage. Price is very reasonable. I just wish I had known about the other services they provided, which were explained by the gong home driver. Next trip!!!
