I love this service. I use it all the time. It's peerless and in expensive and the service is perfect.
I liked that I could pre-schedule and pay for the lot. All the individuals that we met at the lot were great. It made both the departure and return much more pleasant. The one ask is that use of the pre-paid code work at both entrances. We arrived at about 3:50 am and had to talk with shuttle driver to learn how we could get into the lot with the prepaid code. Worked great and we parked. Then on the departure, we were trying to be charged extra because we had went into the "covered" parking area and only paid for outside. However, we had parked outside because that was what we paid for. It was the fact that we entered the "covered" area entrance that made them believe were trying to park inside. The person at the gate understood and waived the fee. I would have given a 10 if the prepaid process would have worked as planned.
