Patrick F was very timely and friendly.

The accessible app, amazing and informative driver (I believe Randall may have been his name, but don't quote me) and the ease when processing the Reservation online making it a smooth entrance and exit from the lot.

Fast reliable service.

We got on the shuttle for regular park and fly but didn’t realize there was a park and fly plus. The bus driver was amazing and very accommodating. Service was the best ever
Thank you! Seems like his name was Charles but not sure. Great job and service was very much appreciated!

I also observed two agents helping as travelers to scan their reservation QR codes as they entered Park N Fly Oakland when I arrived on February 17, 2023 at 11:41 AM. While efficient, it seemed that only one shuttle was available and had find customers who already were walking toward the main entrance from the back of the building near rows 23-24. As I arrived, I was instructed to park near row 23 for the fastest pickup, and I was among the first to board the shuttle. To my surprise upon return, I didn’t expect that I would be dropped off directly at my vehicle parking spot.

Gafoor and Ramon did a great job when I retuned to Park N Fly Oakland on February 20, 2023 at 3:49 PM. Ramon picked us up after I called the phone number on the parking spot ticket. He dropped customers off at their specific parking spot and helped with luggage even when it was heavy, bringing our pieces directly to the trunk of our vehicle. When we exited, we were pleased to meet the very happy Gafoor who took our contact and confirmation information, offered us cold water and wished us safe travels. I was shocked that a parking facility could be so helpful and generous with their care for passengers’ comfort, especially making travel very easy.

I only wish electric vehicle charging was available so that I would return to my car knowing it had enough of a charge to drive to my destination.

I look forward to coordinating our next trip with Park N Fly Oakland and hope other locations learn from the very best example that Oakland exhibited when I returned to Oakland from my travels.

Very convinient and secure

For some time i did not use your service due that i was not traveling that much. But i felt happy to come back to use your service. Prices are affordable, and the service still the same, or better.
Ready to use you your service next time!!!
Do not change anything.

We’ve been using Park n Fly for years. Very reliable operation, friendly staff, safe drivers. Always a pleasure to utilize their service.

Good location, great shuttle service, big garage, well organized.

Driver courteous and helpful

The airport shuttle bus service is reliable, and the drivers -- especially Terri and Cheryl -- are very friendly. I appreciate when I am able to use the car was, too.

Customer service and the drivers are outstanding! I always feel welcome and taken care of! Service is so excellent that I won't go anywhere else! Today Nancy Customer service and Rinh driver made my shuttle experience so pleasant. They are both so positive and customer focused. They both greeted me with a smile which was wonderful! Rinh was waiting for passengers as they exited building. He told me he would rather he wait for passengers than have passengers wait for him. Nancy explained the different pricing to me and was very thorough, helpful, positive and knowledgeable. Thank you Nancy and Rinh!

easy access to airport and quick pick up.

Pick up is relatively quick. Drivers are efficient. Location is handy.

Very friendly helpful staff. Shuttle is very prompt. Takes you right to your car & helps with your bags.

The process went so smoothly and the man who picked us up was very kind and efficient! Thank you!

Friendly and efficient drivers

I love the fact that the website now allows me to book with voucher numbers or award days for payment. Also, our driver, Patrick F, was so personable; he really made our arrival home a joy. Everyone is so pleasant whether it is 4am, noon or midnight!

Great, quick service!! Also very affordable! Easy to checkin and quick pickup coming home! Love having my car ready and warming up when we get back. Rinh was our driver coming home…great customer service!! We’ve used this service twice and will continue to do so whenever flying out of Bradley.
