Customer Testimonials

Excellent pickup abs turnover timed. Drivers very polite and helpful with luggage transfer

We found your service to be very efficient whether picking us up in your lot to get us to the airport or picking us up at the airport on our return home. The shuttle was waiting for us and both of the drivers were very pleasant.

Everything from online scheduling to pick up is a breeze!!

Convenient accessible great people at Oakland location

convenience, courtesy, dependable

Very professional

Park 'N Fly is my preferred airport parking service. Easy to make reservations. Good frequent member rewards and discounts. Drivers are normally very helpful and courteous, though I found our driver on 2/22/23 to not be helpful at all.

The thing I like most about Park n Fly is pick up and delivery at my vehicle.

I love the app and and how simple it is to reserve parking. I just use my bar code going in and going out. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like the convenience of the lot and the shuttles. The drivers are always helpful and I always feel safe and comfortable using this business

Friendly, competent, helpful staff; prompt pickups and drop-offs. Great location of lot. Easy entrance and exit to the lot using a qr code.

Always friendly & fast

We have been using Park N Fly for several years now and have no complaints. The drivers have always been very pleasant and courteous. The ease with which I am able to reserve online is great. All in all just a great service provided by Park N Fly.

Short waits for shuttle; bonus days for loyalty

We love the convenience & relatively no wait time to get to or return from the airport!! Drivers are helpful with luggage.

EVERYTHING

Friendly drivers and prompt.

Quick check in, car warm up etc.

I have had good and bad experiences with Park N Fly but my latest experience was very good. They were right there to give us a ride on our way to the airport and then on the way back after our trip.

Shuttle drivers are pretty good at picking up in both directions. Once in a while they forget to give you a reminder ticket to where your car is but not always. People at the gate are always friendly and helpful.

Problem is that the scanner at the gate NEVER seems to work for me.

Convince, inexpensive, fast shuttle service
