What do you like about our services?

Generally, great experience with pickup and drop off. When we were leaving the lot this time, a shuttle driver was speeding around the corner to come down our row and almost slammed into us. She was driving way to fast - when she hit the brakes, vee saw the shuttle rock back and forth. We backed up, and she still came whipping around the corner.

What do you like about our services?

The process was quick and easy. The drivers were efficient. However, when there's only 1 seat remaining and that seat is occupied by a obese customer ( taking up two seats) its unfair to try and squeeze another passenger on the van especially if that passenger cannot put on a seat belt, because he can't sit back.

What do you like about our services?

Outbound ... to airport generally excellent. In bound ... on the way home ... is getting better. Value is good. The frequent parker program is very good and should be part of the airport parking decision for frequent travelers.
