Rinh picked us up in a snowstorm at 11:30 at night, called in our ticket, filled the vehicle with passengers, and welcomed us back to CT. He unloaded our luggage speedily and offered to put it in our car for us. It was his great attitude that made a difficult situation in the snow easily handled. He was great.

We got a great rate. The shuttle was there right when we parked and drove us directly to our car when we returned. The drivers were curtious and professional and assisted with all our bags. It felt safe and secure.

The shuttle driver, RINH, was extremely kind and assisted me when I wasn't able to locate my parking ticket.
He was so very patient. I was a bit emotional after a long tiring trip and he went above and beyond to take care of me.

Your front desk person, Amber, was helpful as well. There was a mix up with my key.

This wasn't my best trip but your staff made the end a bit easier. I lost my husband just before this trip and traveling for the first time by myself hasn't been easy.

One particular lady was so friendly and helpful! The name on her bus was Colleen but the name on the ticket we received was Tanya and I thought they were the same individual. Regardless, she would tell people waiting that her bus was full, and another bus would be by to pick them up shortly. I could tell she enjoyed her job and was extremely good at it.

I had great experience using ParknFly. I tried self parking for the first time and it was pretty seamless thanks to the extremely helpful attendants. I didn't get the woman's name who was working the gate at 5 am on 2/24 but she was incredibly friendly and clear with her instructions. And the driver, Rinh, who escorted me back on 2/27 was the best. He was right at the gate when I walked out and whisked back to my car right away. Because there was a heavy snow storm he even insisted on wiping the snow off of my car. He deserves a raise! I wish I had more cash on me to tip him better. [note: it would be really nice to have a Venmo option for those who would like to tip their drivers but don't carry lots of cash and singles around. I hope you'll consider it.] Thanks for the service!

Nancy at the exit booth was very helpful. We had paid for valet service but my husband didn’t know that when he parked the car. He parked it in self-park. We came back in a snow storm. Since we had already paid for the service she said she could give us a free day of parking next time. Thank you for the understanding and compensation. :)
