We love that we have a place to park and the under cover space is great.
You get to and from the airport in a very timely manner. Your driver's are very courteous and friendly.
Very good service
Worked well. I'm not sure if the automated system worked when I texted the number for pickup. Waited 30min before I called and someone showed up 10min later. Other than that it was good.
It was a great place to leave my car for a week and the pick up at the airport and drop off to my car. I will use them and tell my friends about this place
Friendly, clean, prompt
The convience and being stress free. Busses arrive on time, drivers are friendly
Helpful employees
Good, but maybe a few more vans running so the wait time at the airport is shorter.
Prompt pick up as soon as we parked the car and again very prompt pick up at the airport and dropped us off right back at our car. Drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage handling.
Clean shuttles, timely upon arrivals and staff is always pleasant. Also, the rate is a good buy, covered and uncovered.
I like how your employees tried to help me jump start my car when it was -20°F when we had a bad storm and offered warmth in the shuttle.
The staff members were very kind and made the airport parking process very easy to understand. This was especially true at the end of my airport parking when I returned to the Bradley airport around midnight after a snowstorm; the shuttle driver who drove me back to Park 'n Fly was quick to respond but safe on the road.
It's a very convenient service and everyone who works there are always kind and helpful.
helped me find a spot quickly. Pick up/drop off was quick. And very friendly check out person - even tho i had my QR code.
You were immediately there to pick me up after parking, and immediately there to pick me up at 1130pm at the airport.
Staff Professionals & Kindness. Drivers Willing to assist with luggage, safety & security in the parking lot.
