Convenient, dependable & the shuttles are usually super quick!

Easy to reserve, enter and exit the Oakland parking facility. The gate attendant was extremely helpful getting a refund when my exit was two day earlier than my booking. Highly recommend staying at Park ‘N Fly.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Except last night was pretty difficult. I was not told about the new pick up mess the airport has created, the signs for the lines are not clear where to stand and the person from your team was not helpful with the confusion,, He was frankly cranky and needed a break. You also needed more busses. We had a baby stroller in the aisle with the kid in it, no room and left people waiting.

Your close to the airport and we didn’t have to wait hardly at all to be picked up to and from the airport.

I like that the lot is secure and the shuttle is timely. The ease of booking online, finding a spot, and being shuttled to the airport is the reason I would recommend Park n Fly to a friend. Also, we didn't wait long at all for the shuttle back from the airport even at 1am.

The workers are courteous and efficient. No matter what time of the day or night we arrive, they are always ready to handle our needs. On our return ride this week, Patrick F., the driver was courteous and very helpful.
