Customer Testimonials

Good value. Regular shuttles. Friendly drivers.

Convenient, able to reserve a spot, much less expensive than economy parking at the airport. The shuttle was there waiting when we got out of the car.

When we returned the shuttle was at the airport already when we got out to the curb. Our drivers were very nice as well.

The whole process was quick and easy, from online reservations to picking up the car.
I like the cell phone acknowledgments and notifications.

:)

Great service, at a decent price.

Easy to use.

The shuttle is waiting for you at your car and the driver helps with the luggage. Drop off and pick up is very easy

It's convenient and the shuttles are right there to pick you up, and drop you off.

Easy booking, easy ride service to and from the airport and I had never used this service before. Friendly staff and clean vehicles. I felt l like my car was safe parked in the lot.

Easy, quick, and efficient.

My car was stuck and a couple shuttle drivers stopped and pushed my car out. Very kind and very helpful.

I’m a longtime fan of P-n-F. Covid stopped all my travel so just used again for first time since December 2019. Only challenge I had was when I went to leave. I’d deleted the email confirmation I used to get in when I arrived so when I went to gate to exit, struggled to get out. Machine didn’t recognize my credit card, I pushed the button to speak to someone and nobody responded. Ended up having to back up (asking two other cars move back in order to do so), and talked to someone in the office. It was a little challenging, and frustrating, but not enough to deter me from coming back. Think it’s a great service and well priced.

Organized, reliable

Easy to use. However, I was supposed to have a credit on my account due to being overcharged on my previous use of this facility. There was no credit. I need to have that credit acknowledged prior to my using you again or I am off to Air Park.

I like how fast and efficient the shuttle works to and from the airport. At any time.
Also the staff at the gate are always very friendly.

convenient to park and get shuttle to the airport.

Very friendly and proficient. Close to Airport and a quick in and out is very important. Along with a good price. Thank you!

convenience and dependable

easy and efficent

Safe location to leave your vehicle with staff posted 24 hours a day. Transport was waiting for us and helped load our bags which means a lot since I travel with my wife and two daughters and the luggage is always left to me.
