Friendly staff, convenient location

We have been flying often recently as our daughter and son in law have accepted work in Washington. Atlanta is our home base airport, and Park N Fly Plus has been a Godsend! The staff are friendly and helpful, the drivers are professional and the facility take great care of our vehicle. I highly recommend Park N Fly Plus.

Quick and easy transfer to and from the airport. I like the self-park option. Drivers of the shuttle were very friendly, especially Keith. We had a few minutes with him while waiting on other passengers, he was very friendly, which was nice after a long day of travel.

From entering the facility there were kind employees. When exiting, the attendant in the booth asked how my flight was and if I would like a bottle of water for the ride home! I was pleasantly shocked by the kindness!! I don’t see that a lot anymore with employees- and the 3 employees I had interactions with at park and fly were very kind. One was even leaving for the day and still stopped to let me ask her a question!! I will absolutely recommend to friends.

I have used Park N Fly on 47th street near Midway for every trip I take. Unfortunately I was extremely late on Thursday March 2nd so even though I had prepaid with you --- I had to use the daily parking at Midway's parking garage. It cost me $288 for 4 days. it wasn't your fault I didn't use you. i think my total charge for this was $59 You are always reasonable on charges --- your van / mini bus practically follows us to our parking spot so that we are off to the airport in minutes. On return we have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for the van/bus to take us back directly to our car. I have often recommended you.

Great service when we just had 20 inches off snow! They told us where to find a spot and picked us up right away! When we returned late the driver came within 15 minutes and took us right to our car.
