Customer Testimonials

I really like the way Park N Fly Plus sends out the email with the QR code to check in and out. This makes things really easy easy. In the past I've had to wait over 10 minutes to get someone to assist me in departing the premises.

Will use the site again in the future

Easy pick up at car and terminal. Don’t like the double parking of cars that slows down the at your car drop off.

Excellent service.

Prompt shuttles and much cheaper prices than other off airport parking lots!

Everything!! Reasonable and easy.

I like the ease of booking in advance. I like the loyalty program and the specials that are periodically run. I LOVE that I get picked up almost immediately - whether at the lot or at the airport. I’ve never had any issues with safety or security. It is in close proximity to the airport and easy to get in and out of. Never any traffic. The buses are clean and the drivers always very friendly and helpful with my luggage.

Everyone is always friendly and gets the job done. As soon as I park, theyre ready to load my bag onto the shuttle and get me to the airport quickly.

I felt safe. I felt my car would be safe. App was easy, and I used the txt number to notify pickup at the terminal. The app seems like you could only request pickup from the lot. Seems like adding that functionality - Terminal pickup would be really helpful.

Loved the direction to parking and the individual space pick up. The drop off driver was very nice and assisted putting the heaviest back in the back of my car for me in the rain. I couldn't have asked for more. Great location and service plus saved a little bit instead of parking in the Airport lot.

Always friendly and courteous

Quick and thorough service

I use the Oakland PNF and the staff is great!

I'm having trouble changing a reservation.

When I entered the parking lot, I told the attendant that I needed to shorten my reservation. He told me to make a new reservation with my 3/9/2023 start date and then put in the new exit date, which is a day shorter than the original reservation. Once I do that, then I cancel the original reservation and receive a credit. The online reservation won't let me back date my entrance date.

On time pick ups. Return drivers was a hoot. 🤩

I parked my car myself in your huge parking lot and got to keep the keys with me.
Very quick service to and from the Phila. airport.
Reasonable price.

It was a pleasure to park at Park 'N Fly Oakland. Directions for booking online were clear and easy. I was met at the gate and told where to park. I was promptly picked up and given a card with my parking space number and phone number to call when I returned for shuttle pickup. When I returned and called, I received a text with the location the shuttle would be at soon. I was checked out with a smile.

The dependable and friendly service provided.

Close to the airport and shuttles are quick to pick you up at your vehicle to get you to the airport.
