Customer Testimonials
The facility is convenient and clean. But what stands out the most is the high level of customer service! The drivers are incredibly helpful and friendly .
Convenient and efficient
Rates! friendly drivers. I’ve seen them go above and beyond.
The employees are very attentive, ready to greet me when I get out of my vehicle and take my luggage. The driver gets you to your departure quickly and safely. The return was the same. The van was right outside door 4 at Bradley when I retrieved my luggage and my car was warm and ready for me back at the lot to drive home.

Staff was very helpful. I forgot something important in my car and I had to leave the airport, jump in a cab and race back to your location. They had already parked my car. They helped me find it quickly and I was on my way within minutes. Good job everyone!

Efficiency, respectfulness, and friendliness
The app is easy to use to pre book a reservation. The location has easy access to all major highways by the airport without having to get into the airport traffic. The lot is massive so there is always parking. The busses are prompt and almost always show up at your car before you even get out. They are clean and hire very professional people. Drop you off right outside of baggage claim at the airport, which is perfect and you do not have to worry about the hassle of all the traffic in the main pickup/drop off location. I use them every time and always will! We love Park ‘N Fly
