The service at Park 'N Fly in Hartford is always prompt. The attendants, at the desk and in the vehicles, are friendly and courteous. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Price is right too!

The website is easy to navigate and make the reservation as is checking in at the gate. The drivers that take us to and from the airport are excellent. With the information on the card the driver gives you when he picks you up to take you to the airport, it is simple to know where to call when ready to be picked up and to know where to go to be picked up to be taken back to your car after getting your luggage. Easy to complete the online registration and payment. When we arrived we were assisted by staff to follow them to the area to park. The ride to the airport was quick and we were told where to go when we came back from our trip. When we arrived back we texted for a pick-up. Once we arrived back to our car we proceeded to leave. When we arrived at the gate to leave I scanned my QR code but this failed to work multiple times. After frustration I back up and went to the actual cashier in which he assisted me and mentioned that I need to scan my bar code on the parking pass which I never received when I arrived the first day because a employee opened the gate when I arrived, Oh well lesson learned make sure you get the parking pass when you arrive.

I failed to use my qr reservation code to park in the garage. Upon leaving the attendant was able to quickly find my reservation and supply it to my parking pass.
