Everything worked quite well: online reservation on app with ability to check the best parking option for cost/discount programs, checking in the gate with the barcode from app, commute to the airport, instructions and professionalism of the drivers, and the return checkout procedure. One thing that can be improved from my last two experiences: wait time once parked to be picked up in the PNF ramp. I had to call several times to flag that I was waiting.

I inadvertently left my window upon during a recent five day trip. Somebody (I assume an associate) put plastic over the window to protect it from the elements. With heavy rain and pollen last week, the inside of my vehicle could have been severely damaged without the plastic covering.

I am forever grateful to the associate who took the time to do this for me. The mistake was all mine, but it warmed my heart to know that there are thoughtful people out there. In addition to this kind act, the team is always professional and does a great job taking care of customers.

Extremely responsive service by warm, courteous personnel. Shuttle was right there when we parked, and the driver came to our car to help with our luggage. On our return, the shuttle bus arrived quickly to take us back to your lot. Very smooth operation.

The bus driver was very helpful in bags off and on and also offering me a way to find my parking place after losing my ticket. I also liked that before I could look up my bar code to exit, the cashier found my reservation using my phone number and offered me water. Nice touch. Also, the pricing is very fair.
